About
After transitioning from tech to culinary arts in 2008, Chef Eve Bergazyn built a prestigious pastry career in elite New York City kitchens, starting as pastry cook at a Michelin-starred restaurant to eventually serving as Pastry Sous Chef at Tom Colicchio’s Craft. She later pivoted to the savory side, earning critical acclaim and a Michelin Guide mention as the Chef of the top-rated trattoria, Vesta. Following a unique stint as a pastry chef and instructor at a National Geographic lodge in Alaska, she now shares her expertise with students and private clients in Los Angeles.
